Alternatives to 360Learning: comparing training platforms
As of 10 October 2026, the alternatives to 360Learning fall into three groups: a SaaS LMS with public pricing for small and mid-sized organisations (TalentLMS), enterprise platforms on quote that combine LMS, LXP and AI content creation (Docebo, Sana Learn, Rise Up, Didask), and open source (Moodle). The choice depends mainly on the number of learners, the pricing model and the need to produce content.

How was this comparison put together?
Each description is based on the vendor's official page, consulted on 10 October 2026 and listed in the Sources. It reflects what vendors state, not a test of the products. Prices and plans change often: check them with the vendor before any decision. The order of presentation is not a ranking.
What does 360Learning offer?
360Learning describes itself as an AI-driven LMS built on collaborative learning: the company's subject-matter experts create content, with an AI generation tool (AI Content Builder), while the learning team keeps oversight. An AI assistant (AI Companion) personalises content and automates translation, moderation and administrative tasks. The platform targets both employee training and customer education.
On pricing, the Team plan is listed at $8 per user per month, up to 100 users, billed monthly with no annual commitment, with a 30-day free trial. Business and Enterprise plans are on quote, based on registered users, monthly active users or a mix of both.

TalentLMS
TalentLMS describes itself as an "all-in-one LMS for growing businesses". It is one of the few platforms in this comparison to display all its prices: a free plan (up to 5 users and 10 courses, with no time limit), then Core at $119 per month for up to 40 users, Grow at $229 for up to 70, Pro at $449 for up to 100, with a 20% discount for annual billing. The Enterprise plan, on quote, starts at 1,000 users. It suits organisations that want to start quickly with a predictable budget.
Docebo
Docebo highlights a single platform to train employees, customers and partners, with AI content creation, certifications, multilingual support and integrations. Two tiers are offered (Elevate and Enterprise), plus a separate skills analysis product. Prices are on quote, calculated in monthly, yearly or registered active users; some AI features consume credits. The vendor states a one-year minimum contract and targets organisations with at least 250 learners.
Sana Learn
Sana, now part of the Workday group according to its website, presents Sana Learn as an "AI-native" learning platform that combines LMS, LXP, authoring tool and virtual classroom. Pricing is per user per month, on quote, with plans starting at 300 users and rates that vary by volume. It targets organisations that want to bring creation, delivery and analytics together in a single tool.
Rise Up
Rise Up describes itself as « l'écosystème qui transforme la formation en performance » (the ecosystem that turns training into performance). The platform combines LMS, LXP, an AI-assisted authoring tool (generating a module from a document or a URL), adaptive learning paths and automatic translation. In May 2024, Rise Up announced the acquisition of Domoscio, an adaptive learning specialist. Its model "starts from €2 per user per month", on quote, for companies with more than 1,000 learners.
Didask
Didask presents itself as a complete training ecosystem: LMS, LXP, authoring tool and AI coach. The AI generates modules or sequences from the company's content, and a Coaching offer supports employees within their work tools. Prices are on quote, from €10,000 per year, depending on the number of users and use cases.
Moodle
Moodle is an open source learning platform, distributed under the GNU GPL version 3 licence, with no licence fees, and developed by Moodle HQ. It offers a high degree of freedom for configuration and extension. In return, hosting, updates, security and support are the responsibility of the organisation or a service provider. It suits organisations that want to control their platform and have the skills to run it.
How to choose between these platforms?
- Volume and regularity of use: per-active-user pricing favours populations that train occasionally; per-registered-user pricing favours regular use.
- Content production: if the learning team has to produce many modules, built-in authoring tools (with or without AI) matter more than the catalogue.
- External audiences: training customers or partners requires separate spaces and, sometimes, the ability to sell training.
- Standards and integrations: SCORM, xAPI, SSO, HR information system (see What is an LMS?).
- What the tool measures: activity and completion, or acquisition of the targeted skills (see LMS, LXP, adaptive learning, AI training engine: how to tell them apart).
For a broader overview by category of tool, see Alternatives to the LMS for training with AI: an overview. The questions to ask during a demo are listed in How to choose an AI training system.
